3 football matches lost me money yesterday. Not looking good for breaking even this weekend. I have 3 matches set up for today , lets see what happens.

The process I use is this.

I find the games marked with a 9 or 10 on soccervista.com and the I look at the details and see if the game is a top of the league club agains a bottom of the league club. I also prefer to do it if the top dog is also playing at home, althoug I did choose Lyon yesterday and they were playing away.

I look in STW to see how the odds stack up and I look for over 15% return on the game, so that the losses will be offset by the good percentage on the wins.

Thats the theory of it…..

I have been just dying to see this IRIS in action, just have not been available when the racing has featured this in running racing info. People have been using it in various ways, such as backing a horse that has just put on a spurt of accelleration and is going for the finishing post in a bit way.

It seems it was designed originally for taking advantage of being able to lay a horse that had lost the race or looked like it was about to lose and still get reasonable odds to lay it. I like the look of that – could be a licence to print money.

There was a news item on the STW site about how someone spotted a runner heading for the line and backed it and by using a trailing stop made a packet on the race. I tell you it is exciting stuff abd you could do a lot worse than click on the banner above and see some more information about it. yesterday I was out all day and when I got home I was just too tired to concentrate on looking at stuff online. I did have a quick look but there wasn’t anything worth propping my eyes open with matchsticks for.
I was just looking into what there is for the weekend though and I will post the list of possible matches that are worth looking at for dutching, later today.

You know that I think that you should have the full story, warts and all so here it is – Yesterday was a very poor day for the results. I had three games that the under dog won and lost me money. I know it happens and we should expect it but I still don’t like it. I am 20 euro down from where I started with this particular campaign. Not a huge amount but still – I have to start building the profit back up again.

Today I had a dutch working with the Bayern München game in the champions league. I set it up with the draw as a hedger bet. It ended as a draw so no money won or lost. Just a break even scenario. I would have done the Barcelona game also but the percentage pay off way low, so I left it alone along with a couple of other matches the same.
Now is the testing time, do I really believe in the dutching system that I am using at the moment? I have to say that I do and that in combination with my staking plan I will pull through this small set back of yeaterday and move onwards and upwards again.

There are more games to be played tomorrow Man United playing at FC Kobernhaven could be interesting, and then Friday I will be checking things out for the weekend.
