I watched the game and didn’t have any interest in it in monetary terms. I was surprised to see Beckham in the starting line up but it paid off with the free kick he sent in for John Terry to head in. As the pundits on the TV were saying, England took a while to show they were the better side. I enjoyed the game, less of the usual pain of watching England play.

I had matched bets running on a Greek game which went to the bookie side and a German game which put money on the Betfair side. Would have been nice to have all the money over to Betfair. This was with Bet at Home which has a super offer right now of 100% bonus up to 200 Euro. I took the full €200 and it was nice seeing the balance on the account jump from 200 to 400 just by putting in the code to claim it. The T & C are not bad but there will be no withdrawals on this until after June 8th. Also I have to turn over 1600 euro before I can withdraw, which is why I want the Betfair side to win.

I couldn’t find any football bets to work with today so I went with a NBA basketball game on this evening.
